As the mentioned risks were not completely eliminated, it was decided to keep the congress online as a result of the evaluations.

• Authors should submit the paper from conference website to be reviewed for publishing in one of the UIK 2020 publications. All submissions will be evaluated by a triple blind review process.

Authors who prefer journals in publishing are recommended to select to publish extended abstracts in Congress Proceedings.
For the publication of full-text or extended abstracts in electronic proceedings book; congress fee must be paid in full, registration process must be completed and the paper must be presented at the congress.
· In the case of multi-author papers, each of the authors who wish to participate in the congress is required to pay registration fee.
· One person can attend the congress with maximum two papers.
· Participants with two papers will pay an additional registration fee.

When the participation fees are deposited, the name and surname of the registrant should be written in the explanation section.
2- All authors who wish to attend the congress must pay the registration fee. An author / author group may participate in the Congress with maximum 2 papers.
3- A maximum of one paper can be submitted with a basic registration fee. The authors who want to submit two papers are required to pay a registration fee of 150 TL in addition to the basic registration fee.
4- Accompanying persons will pay 100 TL less from the fee group to which the registrant belongs.
